David and John Logan John and Dave Logan were brothers at the time they started playing guitar, and it has somehow remained true to this day. They have a begrudgingly shared background in the more feral aspect of the Brisbane Folk Music boom of June 1997, when their mother told them they would always be destined for lateness.
Having performed everywhere from Barry Parade, Fortitude Valley to Eric Street, Goodna, it is perhaps this knowledge of the Ipswich trainline that most deeply infuses their playing and singing. Their (self?) righteous and repetitive repertoire draws upon the work of such luminaries as Docs Watson, Neeson, Holiday and Marten. Usually in descending order.
They may play some Rolf Harris too.

Karen Anderson & Ewan Mackenzie Karen Anderson is a very versatile jazz and blues vocalist who is able to move easily from incredibly powerful blues deliveries to gentle crooning that can bring a shiver. Her voice will move you and her live performance is inspiring.
Ewan has been playing guitar for many years in all styles, and since devoting himself to the genre sometime ago has come to be regarded as one of Australia's premier Gypsy Jazz guitarists in the Django Reinhardt style. His playing is fluid and passionate, and his soloing is warm and articulate while still retaining that spontaneity and creativity that is inherent in jazz improvisation.

Johnnie Logan Introduced to singing outside neighbour’s houses during Halloween in his native Scotland, Johnnie eventually found himself drawn in to the local folk clubs. After emigrating to Brisbane with his wife and young sprogs in the seventies, he eventually linked up with the Brisbane folk scene. Johnnie is a self-confessed, closet banjo player, but it is for his a cappella singing of traditional songs that he is best known. His songs will make you laugh and cry. Not to be missed.
