||In December 2012 renowned local singer/songwriter Paddy Dempsey was asked to perform at Brisbane’s iconic venue, ‘The Zoo’ as part of their 20th birthday celebrations. Paddy was encouraged to invite Alison St Ledger, (a long-time collaborator) to perform some of the venue’s favourite ‘Paddy Dempsey’ acoustic songs. Salliana Campbell (vocals/strings/dulcimer/mandolin) and Bob Pound (upright bass) were also drafted in. And so began Sissybones………
Since then Innes Campbell on banjo dobro and mandolin has been added to the band.
