9.15 - 10.00 pm - Second Act
So bring your instruments and your voices! The blackboard segment will be first in first served. There is a full bar and food is available at reasonable prices.

Brief Blurb: Caroline Hammond - is an Original Singer/Songwriter of insight, honesty & earthiness, influenced by a diverse range of musical styles from Blues, to Gospel, Reggae, African 'hi-life' & Coffeehouse folk. Caroline has been rattling around the Brisbane folk scene for some time now, contributing percussion & vocals to bands such as 'The Jar', 'Mic Traver's Celtic Beat', 'RossCrow & the Righteous Crew' (debuted at this years Neurum Creek Folk Festival) & continues to song-swap with duo partner Nigel McTrustry - fellow singer/songwriter & Cigar Box Slide builder & player at gigs from Briz to Byron & back.†Her longtime study of Afro-Cuban Percussion has made itís mark on her unique acoustic guitar style, complementing her performance of original works with great depth of feeling
